This is a Music Talent Development Programme for you and all of you should feel honoured that you are part of the programme, and even being the FIRST batch of students to partake in this. I want to let you know that as of this coming saturday, i expect each and everyone of you to KNOW your notes and go into exploration of the piece of music given to you. What Genre are you playing? What does the music mean and how you SHOULD play it ( if u even can )If you do not raise your expectations of your own playing, there is nothing much i can do to help you. I have decided that from this saturday onwards, i am going to be very strict with you and i am NOT going to spoon feed you everything. I honestly do not believe that the entire class has to be sooo strict that your faces are all so serious. What we need is a fun but very productive enviroment to learn. However, i cannot have that enviroment with students like you who do not put in the effort.
